    In 2010, he joined a large regional savings bank, Sparkasse Aachen, to become legal counsel and later on in 2017 general counsel, now advising on banking law matters in an inhouse role.

    After successfully passing the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) in 2009, he is also admitted as a Solicitor (England & Wales – n.p.). However, he currently holds no practisicing certificate and is, therefore, not entitled to advise on English Law.

    Roman Jordans started his career in 2005 as an Associate at the law firm CMS Hasche Sigle, one of Germany’s largest firms. Here, he was part of the banking law team and worked in the Cologne and Berlin offices.
